You need to change the color to the Blue shaver in the dropdown, and it will change it to $129+, add that to your cart and then apply the coupon code SAVINGS20 at checkout. I believe it defaults to the Silver color which is $200+
But WAIT there's more:
In addition to the shaver & free trimmer, Panasonic will send a promo code for a free gift at Brosh shipped free (an additional $18-$35 value):

Maybe it's my lack of skills, though it doesn't cut my neck nor sideburns well. Had the same experience with Arc3. After a year, it's displaying an icon to replace the foil. I did clean and oil regularly.
Community Reviews
The ARC5 is a foil shaver best known for delivering a very close shave on thick or coarse beard hair, especially when used with light pressure and the right grain direction. It can feel smoother than Braun or Norelco for some faces, and the wet and dry design, rinseable cleaning mode, and included trimmer add convenience. The main drawbacks are neck and sideburn trouble, occasional missed hairs or extra passes, and a learning curve that gets worse with longer growth. Replacement foils also seem pricey, and the bundled trimmer has been out of stock at times, making it a solid fit for short, regular shaves.
Common Questions (5)
It can, especially on the neck or with older foils, dry shaving, too much pressure, or multiple passes. Newer foils with bars are reported to reduce nicking, and using pre-shave lotion or shaving cream can help.
It can miss hairs on the neck and sideburns, especially the bottom of the neck, and some users need the included trimmer or a quick razor touch-up for those areas. Using light pressure, following the grain, and shaving more frequently can improve results.
Yes. It's reported to do a great job on thick, coarse beard hair and can give a closer, smoother shave than Braun or Norelco for that hair type. It tends to perform best on 2-3 days of growth rather than longer stubble.
Select the Blue shaver/trimmer combo in the dropdown, then apply coupon code SAVINGS20 at checkout; the Silver version defaults much higher. The bundle was still working when the blue option was selected, and the trimmer was reported back in stock.
Yes. Hold the power button for a few seconds to start the roughly 30-second cleaning mode, add a little liquid soap, then rinse it under running water. Regular cleaning after each use is also reported to help foil life.

Some other things, the Panasonic has a more high pitched whine compared to the braun. Neither were good with longer length hair, they both work optimal with 2-3 days hair growth. Any longer & you'll want to use another beard trimmer to get the length down to avoid multiple passes.
Another thing, the Panasonic works wonderfully for shaving the head smooth as well (didn't try with braun).
On the nose trimmer I didn't know the larger part of tip unscrews for cleaning and oiling. They last much longer 🤔 In 4 1
in the end that's the physical tradeoff companies have to make, the closer the shave, the thinner the foil and the higher the chances of cuts. Personally I prefer Brauns, maybe ever so slightly looser shave but never get nicked.
