Maybe it's my lack of skills, though it doesn't cut my neck nor sideburns well. Had the same experience with Arc3. After a year, it's displaying an icon to replace the foil. I did clean and oil regularly.

Some other things, the Panasonic has a more high pitched whine compared to the braun. Neither were good with longer length hair, they both work optimal with 2-3 days hair growth. Any longer & you'll want to use another beard trimmer to get the length down to avoid multiple passes.
Another thing, the Panasonic works wonderfully for shaving the head smooth as well (didn't try with braun).
On the nose trimmer I didn't know the larger part of tip unscrews for cleaning and oiling. They last much longer 🤔 In 4 1
in the end that's the physical tradeoff companies have to make, the closer the shave, the thinner the foil and the higher the chances of cuts. Personally I prefer Brauns, maybe ever so slightly looser shave but never get nicked.
