This compact Meronte air purifier is best suited to bedrooms and smaller rooms, with auto mode, app scheduling, and dual filters that help it clear odors quickly. The low price and reasonably priced replacement filters make it appealing, and the dual air intake may keep noise down. The main concern is the claimed 1690 square foot coverage, since the 200 CADR and 18 watt rating look far too small for that size. There are also reports of touchscreen glitches and early failures, so it feels more like a small-room pick than a whole-home unit.
Common Questions (4)
Some units are reported to work well for months or years, but others failed quickly, including touchscreen problems and units breaking after a few days or even about 12 hours. A replacement was requested in one case after the first unit failed.
The listed 1690 sq ft coverage looks overstated for a unit with CADR 200 and an 18W power rating. It is described as a better fit for bedrooms or roughly 200-300 sq ft spaces than for large rooms.
Yes, it is reported to work well in a 200-300 sq ft bedroom and to clear odors quickly. The dual-intake design and auto mode are also cited as useful for quieter, more responsive operation.
Yes, it is reported to accept generic Amazon replacement filters, and adding your own prefilter or carbon prefilter can help extend the main filter's life. That makes ongoing maintenance cheaper and easier to source.
