It's just a white-label product, it looks like. I've seen a lot of these popping up on Amazon for the past few months, and apparently, they've been around even longer. Some of these white labels manage to pull in a ton of positive reviews, but when I dug a little deeper, I found out they rely heavily on paid reviews on amazon and youtube. I also came across an analysis breaking down how these white labels actually perform—turns out they're well below spec and underperform compared to the tried-and-true favorites on this forum, namely Winix and Coway.

I bought a few HY4866 from this brand a couple years ago. They do "work" but the carbon filters I have smell really strongly of plastic and I can't stand using them anymore. I'm planning to replace them with winix or Coway units eventually

Edit: waaait the ones j bought were from "morento" but look super similar lol

Morento is the seller, brand is Meronte

Bought 2 recently, worked great, I think they were $45 a couple weeks back on here. 2 filters, auto mode, all the good stuff, much better than the "dumb" purifiers and makes a difference.

1 of them had an issue with the touchscreen and kept turning off and pressing buttons on it's own, replaced it and it's been fine. Someone else had a similar issue.

For $50, I'll probably buy another. Happy with it, especially the auto mode, and gets rid of any smells very quickly

I have 4 Winix from Costco (during COVID) and they still work fine (but Wifi is crap); but I think this at $50 and reasonably priced filters makes it a worthy addition/consideration.

Given the dimensions and the 18w power rating, CADR 200 is very unlikely.

the dual air intake is interesting. it gives it the potential to be lower noise. I have an old honeywell cylindrical hepa filter (the og) and when you stack 2 filters in it, its noise level decreases markedly. you definitely want to put your own carbon fiber prefilters on this to get the most life out of it.
