Is it actually cooling though? Previous cooling blankets I have used tend to just match your body temp after a few minutes of use, which then feels warmer afterwards

Based on the material which is "Nylon & Spandex", it just another garbage. I only use 100% cotton comforter. For summer, I just use thin 100% cotton blanket.

Cotton is nice, but calling something garbage just because it has nylon seems a bit much 😂 A lot of cooling fabrics aren't even cotton.
