I use liquid detergent over the pods. I could be mistaken in thinking that's cheaper.

I know I end up often using more liquid than I should and don't get anywhere near the amount of loads advertised. Obviously you can measure or whatever, but I bet I'm not alone. Just in that sense, I think the pods are cheaper.

I know I tend to use more liquid too sometimes. But with liquid you have an option to control the amount. With pods it's just one size without any control. If you need to add more then you need to add a whole pod.

I do not see $83.96 for 4 anymore.
