50/50 mix of water/vinegar. Wipe the dumbbells down with it. Let it air out. Wipe it down again with a damp rag. You should be good to go. My dumbbells don't have any odors anymore. Just rinse and repeat when they get the stank from workouts on them.

I have these and after a couple of months the smell goes away. Unless you put your nose right up to the rubber. They are holding up good too

Anyone know if they have normal sized handles? I have a set of 20's but they are much thinner and not nearly as comfortable as the rest of my weights. I don't have that large of hands either and they are noticeably smaller, but other wise look the same as any other rubber bell and chromed handle dumbbell.

Finally got these today, of course then come 2 day air from UPS in 2 packages. Shipping sound like more than the dumbbell. Now to try and get rid of the smell.
