I have this exact one. I have absolutely no concerns with it. I use it for walks, pullups and squat variations. The squats are a little tough due to the nature of having additional bull but you can still make it work.

I like this vest so much I bought one for my wife. She wears it all the time while walking.

For $20, I highly recommend.

I have one and have used it for a few 5-8 mile park walks just to burn a few extra calories. After that long my traps will be a little agitated from the way the vest sits on them, but I have pretty broad shoulders so I think it's more of a me issue than a product issue. Otherwise its easy to put on and take off, and the velcro strap really locks it in place on my body.

I have this. Putting on and taking off can be a little challenging because you need to lift it up above the head. Also having that weight and hardness surrounding your ribs and chestbone is quite unconformable. The vest could have used more padding on the inside. But it serves its purpose and I have been using it almost daily.
