I thought the same at first glance too. That's how they make money off of a lot of unobservant people.
Get silicone wipers even if they cost 10x the price because they last more than 10x as long and save you the hassle of changing them over a dozen times over the next decade or more. I bought a set of RainX Silicone blades in 2018 for $48 and they still work perfectly right now. Before that I was buying the cheapest $6-$8 rubber wipers every 9mos for all my cars since 1998 because they always start cracking and leaving streak arcs across my windshield after 6mo-9mos but now, 8 years later, the silicone blades work 98% as well as they did when they were new! I'd estimate I can get another 8-12 years out of them before they start leaving significant size streaks that start to impair vision when raining which was the point at which I used to change the rubber ones.
