This 5 cubic foot Insignia chest freezer is praised for quiet, dependable extra storage, especially in garages, dining rooms, and even as a keezer. It gets cold fast, stays frozen in summer heat above 100 degrees, and has enough room to ease overflow from a refrigerator freezer. Long term use looks solid, with reports of years of trouble free operation and only light frost buildup that is easy to defrost or scrape away. The main caution is that a similar unit failed after a couple of years, so durability may vary. A practical compact freezer with low fuss upkeep.
The freezer can run for years with only periodic defrosting and manageable frost buildup.
The freezer can operate quietly enough for use near living spaces with only occasional cycling sounds.
The freezer can keep food frozen even in a garage where summer temperatures exceed 100°F.
The freezer can work well as a keezer setup for extended periods.
The freezer can fail within a couple of years, which can lead to spoiled food if power is lost.
The freezer can develop strong, long-lasting odors after a power outage involving deer or venison.
The freezer may require capacitor replacement after about two years on a similar unit, even though the repair can be straightforward.

Use it indoors. Runs like a champ. Probably could use defrosting. I usually just take a spatula (or something of the like) and "shave" off the excess ice on the top back and right of the thing. Whatevers. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 😋

Even as a single person, I was having trouble with not enough space in my refrigerator freezer, especially when I would stock up on meat, etc. that was on sale. After getting this, I had so much more flexibility. I wish I would have gotten one earlier.
I've defrosted mine 3 time, about once/yr and it hasn't built up too badly, probably less than 1/8" on all sides.
I built a small wooden platform about 6" tall to both raise it for access and ease of defrosting/draining, although I really don't use much water to defrost it. I just use a bowl of warm water and a rag and a scraper.
Standing right beside it, there's only a small hum, less than a PC fan and much less than my refrigerator.

The power usage is minimal (if you keep it full) and having 6 more inches of width would be nice for only $20 more.
I was a little concerned that the 7ft might have been just a bit too big for the location I'm using, but it probably would have been fine.
Like Gregbert said. Like WHISPER(!!!) quiet. Not sure I have even ever heard it turn on/off once. I do have it in an "open" kitchen near the living room though to be fair.
