Be careful with these credits. Amazon tends to just never give you them and then claim you weren't qualified for any credit because you did something wrong like used free shipping.

free shipping would not be an excuse they'd give, given it's free shipping over $35 anyway or if you have PRIME.
Are you speaking from experience? Sure doesn't sound like it......to me. Makes zero sense.

That's the point. You can't reason with illogical nonsense. They just don't care and don't want to honor the credit.

I follow these Amazon credit promo deals a lot, and most people have received their credit if they provided them the correct back up showing the amount spent and the screentshot that they qualified for the offer.
As I mentioned if you have all your ducks in a row and they refuse to give you the credit, then dispute it on your credit card. They can blow you off but they can't blow the credit card company off on a legit dispute submission. So again, if you want your credit, you will get it. One way or another.

I won't fall for this again, not worth it.

If you have all the backup and they don't issue it, dispute the $20 on your credit card. CC company will have no choice but to side with you.
