This is a warmer jacket, to answer a prior question it does have the fleece down the length of the arms.
Quality is fine, although it was noticable that they haven't cleaned up the ends of any threads so around the edges there are lots of loose ends hanging. Nothing two minutes with a pair of scissors won't fix to clean it up. Other than that it looks nice.
In summary, decent materials, they've skimped on labor stitching it, but no serious defects. Decent deal if you're in a colder climate and just need something for outdoors.
