I see no mention of them being empty and the reviews all imply they have fuel. None mentioned having to fill them. I used to buy them years ago for $5 including fuel.

My use of CAPS was not intended to help your reading comprehension - that's how it is on the Amazon listing. I copy and pasted exactly how it is listed on Amazon.
I was referring to the Amazon item being "empty" not the ones you listed, which is why I directed that part of my comment toward the OP (original poster).
I agree the single use ones, like the ones you linked from Ace, are sold pre-filled.
