I'm surprised Win 11 can even run with 4GB of RAM.

Yeah, even for $70, these ain't it. Facebook Marketplace will have better options.

I bought it new around $130 cause of SD. It's really slow running Windows. I installed OS flex much better and faster but has a problem won't recognize the trackpad.

It can't. I have a Lenovo 11 inch with 4GB as a streaming device over my treadmill. Win 10 was barely functional and when it upgraded to 11 it was completely useless. Installed Mint on it to get some use out of it.

By 2026 standards, a dual-core Celeron paired with 4GB of RAM creates an extreme bottleneck for general-purpose computing. Modern web pages and bloatware make it non-viable for Windows...

imo a Pi4 alternative is the best use for such systems. you lose the i/o, hats etc of course.
