This seems to have become a trend. Anything under $100 or so and they will refund, but this is my second time trying to refund something over $100 and they absolutely fight to not take it back. All they have done is offered me a 15% refund, which does me no good at all.
FWIW I also bought a used "like new" "refurbished" Wiimote plus from them and while it technically appears to work its not at all what was shown in the photos. The rubber grip is gone, the lanyard is broken, and the battery cover has clearly been replaced with some 3rd party cheap plastic thing.
In other words, like pretty much everything else Amazon related the warehouse deals are very worse than they ever were before and you are basically playing the lottery as to whether you will even get whats advertised.

that said I wouldnt really recommend it, the XM6s are superior to the XM5s which are years old at this point and Sony does do deep sales on their headphones every now and then. Just wait and you will probably get a $200-250 deal on XM6s eventually.
I still rock my XM4s although I am going to replace the ear pads as they have gotten gross and falling apart but otherwise the headset is great.
