Received mine today and I'm returning it. It arrived dirty, disgusting, and nowhere near the 'like‑new' condition advertised. Would not recommend.

'like‑new' condition advertised on Amazon is more miss than hit for me.
I bought a few items listed 'like‑new' in the past but received them in good or acceptable condition.

The battery life on this hand vac is atrocious. I bought one brand new and used it maybe seven times and now I am lucky if the battery lasts longer than five minutes after a full charge.

we've had a total of 5 of this model over the years, with 2 being refurb mint. we've never had an issue and battery life is/was excellent with all of them. returns are free within 30 days. i too wouldn't settle for less then the condition i bought.

Amazon resale is always used returns. They don't get checked at all. Staff refuse to label these deals correctly.

i noticed when buying mine, you have to be careful when choosing this. twice i thought i was getting "used-mint", but in the cart it became a lesser condition. once i figured it out, to choose the correct one from the drop down on the right, it then did show used-mint in the cart and on the finished sale. pic double posted below.
