I find Monoprice chargers underwhelming. It's never the rated power.

I don't know what that means exactly. The device and charger will always need to agree on a power arrangement.

Some chargers (even name brands like Anker) will say they are, for example 45W, but they can't deliver the right amperage to deliver 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0 on Samsung phones, so they push 25W Super Fast Charging instead. The page claims both 3 and 5 amp PPS, and 3.25A @ 20V to reach 65W on one port. I think it should work for a wide range devices.

Check the specs and see what your phone needs and what the device can deliver. I've found their chargers to be totally fine and their customer service to be good if things go wrong.

Exactly. They keep selling tech that doesn't perform at their rated output. Maybe it says 65w if a sun shines up a dog's ***?

Every charger I've had NEVER worked as advertised.

There are a few variables. I have one of those cables that tell you what power is going into the device, and from that I can see different devices will charge at different speeds. Most of the apple products we have stay below 30w. My OnePlus phone will go above 30w. My laptop will go up to 75w. There is also voltage drop depending on the quality and length of a charging cable.
