I bought the AIRMSEN BCM2308-WL for my grandparents, and overall, it worked out great for what I needed. It's simple to use but still looks nice and has all the basic features they need.

The coffee wasn't quite as strong as I expected, so I usually make it with two espresso shots to get a stronger flavor. Making a drink also takes a couple of steps—you first select the coffee option and then choose the type of drink you want. It's basically two clicks, but there is a little waiting time between selections.

The automatic milk frother works well, but since the milk container isn't refrigerated, we only fill it with the amount of milk needed at the time instead of leaving milk in it.

Overall, it's a nice, straightforward machine. For my grandparents, I wanted something that wasn't overly complicated but could still make good espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes, and this machine has worked out very well for that. That's my honest opinion with all my details. I thought It was such a good price and quality I posted this on slickdeals.
