I printed out the return label for a different Amazon Resale Vornado heater about two hours ago and it's going back on Monday.
Last year I ordered another Resale heater and it took three returns before I got one that was actually in "Like New" condition. I should have learned my lesson and stopped there.
UPDATE: I tried one more time and the new heater arrived broken. It won't even power on. What a waste of time.

Last year I ordered another Resale heater and it took three returns before I got one that was actually in "Like New" condition. I should have learned my lesson and stopped there.

And that's not even a return reason you can select. There should be a "you sent me the right box, but you were a victim of return fraud" option. So I have to go to the live chat and explain myself because I don't want to get dinged for it in case the person who receives my return actually checks.
But I do still buy warehouse/resale items when timing is not urgent…save a couple bucks and stop returns from going to the dump. I'd say most of the ones I buy are totally fine and just have been opened or have packaging damage that means they can't list as new.

Remote control
Timer mode. I have one in my office and I can just turn it on with an 8 hour timer at my preferred temp and I'll never leave it on all night by accident after I leave.
Good heater though. Appreciate that Vornado usually has a "fan only" mode…hate heaters that are missing this option.
