Based on its EPA registration (4091-19), it is essentially a 5.25% bleach solution. However, it does contain a few formulation differences compared to a basic jug of liquid household bleach: Foaming Agents: It includes surfactants that create a thick foam when sprayed. This allows the bleach to cling to vertical surfaces—like fences, siding, and brick—long enough to break down stains without running off immediately. No-Scrub Application: The specific concentration and foaming action are designed to lift mold, mildew, and algae so they can be rinsed away with a hose after 10 minutes, minimizing the need for physical scrubbing. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative, standard outdoor bleach diluted with water (and a squirt of dish soap to help it cling to surfaces) will achieve very similar results for a fraction of the cost.
