27 is best for me because i can play still play games in 1080p at that size and scaling fixes any 4k desktop elements being too small. 32" 1080 looks garbage . if you have the hardware to game in 4k however my point is moot

A huge number of people don't run 4k at 4k or 5k at 5k. They run 4k at 1440p thanks to "scaling" and it makes stuff really sharp (extra pixels for each signal pixel). This is how phones and macbooks work by default and why they look so amazing.

For example, 5k run at 1440p is 4 pixels per pixel and makes it almost impossible to see any pixelation, jagged edges, or aliasing.

Someone in the amazon reviews said they can run 1440p at 120hz too, which seems really decent for this price point especially considering you can choose to run 4k in some cases and will have the extra pixel density.

I agree with that scaling. A year ago, I can only find 4k 60hz 27" under some Chinese name monitors. So, I think this is a good price.
