Been looking for a wireless mouse. Thanks OP. I'm a Razer guy so this works for me.

Looks like a good alternative to the Logitech Lightspeed mice, when it comes to versatile basic mice that blend well into professional settings. The G305 is prime competition near this price range. It's a larger mouse so it's likely to be more comfortable for longer session use. Technically, the Orochi has better build quality and specs, but the G305 is probably more appealing for most users.

This Razer mouse is a good fit for anyone who wants a portable mouse for a gaming laptop. It's probably not quite right for a permanent desktop setup.

I've used this mouse for years. I am sure I've paid around this price for this mouse before though. Considering the build quality I would consider this a $40 mouse. I have small hands and use palm grip on this to play mostly FPS games. No issues after several years. Clicks are loud though if that bothers you. People who like this mouse shape have upgraded to the Zaopin Z1 Pro however I decided to try the Keychron G3 this week as an upgrade. Its lighter, has better raw performance and quieter switches. Still for $30 this is a solid entry mouse.

I got this in Dec 22 for $1 more. And recently gave it away to family and now using G305. They feel about the same to me, though I like the scroll wheel more on the 305 (maybe it's because the Razer has been used for so long). I do kinda like how this one can take a AAA or AA. I really use it for day to day work; and some light gaming.

I have four of these mice, ranging from about one to three years old, and all of them are still working perfectly.

I only use them in dongle-based wireless mode, not Bluetooth, so I can only comment on that mode. In my experience, they are very responsive and reliable. I have small hands, and these are the best small mice I have found in terms of tracking accuracy and response speed.

My only complaint is not really about the mouse itself, but about Razer. I wish they would release a V3 model, since the V2 has been on the market for quite a long time.
