Available:Features:- Compressor Cooling Speed: Using compressor cooling, the 12V electric cooler can drop temps from 68°F/20°C to 32°F/0°C in about 20 minutes to help keep food fresh during travel. ECO mode supports efficient daily use, while MAX mode offers quicker cooling whenever needed on the road
- Precise Touch Control: With both a touchscreen panel and an app, our car freezer lets you fine-tune modes and adjust temperature with accuracy. Internal temperature can be viewed at any moment
- Durable Exterior Layout: A matte finish gives the truck cooler a strong, durable shell that handles daily use. The sealing strip holds the lid firmly to cut down on cold air loss, and a convenient latch plus several ventilation openings help the door move easily and let heat out more quickly
- Reliable Power Switch: With both 100–240V AC and 12/24V DC options, the portable freezer shifts easily between indoor and in-car power. A three-level battery setup helps reduce excessive draw on the vehicle system, and the low-noise build plus stable 45° operation support comfort during long journeys
- Versatile Outdoor Use: Compact 21-quart/20L sizing allows a truck fridge to sit in the trunk, behind seats or in a truck bed with ease. The 12V compressor system is ready for outdoor use on uneven or sloped terrain, matching RV travel, campsites, boats, camping, fishing, and long road trips

This VEVOR compressor car fridge is best for road trips, camping, tailgates, and EV travel, where it keeps drinks and food cold without ice or soggy mess. The comments highlight low power draw, automatic low battery cutoff, and flexible use on 12 volt power, wall power, or portable power stations, with the app control and compact 21 quart size adding convenience. It can hold temperature for hours and even chill drinks near freezing. The main cautions are battery drain if used from a gas car with the engine off, and fit can be tight in smaller vehicles like a Tesla.
Common Questions (5)
In economy mode it reportedly draws about 30-45W, so a small power station can run it for hours and a 500Wh to 600Wh unit can keep it going for days in some setups. It also has low-battery shutoff, and solar can extend runtime for multi-day use.
Yes, it is used for camping, tailgating, concerts, road trips, and EV travel because it keeps food cold without ice and can run from vehicle power or a portable battery. Some users note it is especially convenient in EVs, while larger units may be better if you need more capacity.
Yes. It runs on 12V/24V vehicle power and standard AC wall power, which makes it usable in a car, at home, or on a campsite with a power station.
It does not need ice, so you avoid soggy food, melted-water mess, and constantly buying ice. The extra space that would have been taken by ice can be used for more food and drinks.
It can get drinks very cold and may freeze them, but it is better thought of as slowing thawing rather than replacing a true freezer. That makes it useful for keeping ice cream, drinks, and perishables cold on road trips or during a drive home.

When this electric cooler is in economy mode it's very efficient and doesn't use more than 45 watts. My 600 watt Udpower station runs this for days w/o needing a recharge.
I have the 21qt and it's so handy and easy to carry. I like the wifi/bluetooth app too. I've found that 37° is the best temp to keep my drinks super cold and they don't freeze.
I also have a larger one - (58qt) and I use one side for drinks and the other side for freezing meat. I keep it in my garage and run it off a solar setup.
I think I may have to order another one of these - it's so convenient to have around and just throw in the vehicle when you need to pack some things that need to stay cold.
EDIT: I ordered another one of the 21qt coolers, I had some rewards points to use and was able to get it for about $100! Thx OP - I wonder why VEVOR doesn't send these coupon codes out to email subscribers?
Compact Peltier effect coolers are far less energy efficient and typically can't get cold enough in hot environments to ensure food safety.
+1 for pairing it with a power station. The Ecoflow ones seem to get good reviews.
Solar is great for power extending but shouldn't be used for a primary source when dealing with perishable foods for extended periods.
