oh boy, could spend half that amount to get something better, has more voice in the market and got better product and software support. Picea Robotics is the irobot owner/manufacturer now, who also designs, manufactures and backs Shark, Dyson and 3i robotic vacuums.

I was thinking the same. This will never replace a true vac, and is bound to be a nuisance. The price is over double what I'd pay for the 'convenience'.

Common sense. Check out the yeedi m16 infinity. It will replace your true vacuum up to 99%, powerful suction, great reach, zero tangle. I have snagged two of them, one for nephew's new home and one for our home. Replaced the roomba j7+. Significant difference on quality, technology and efficiency, I am not even talking about how quiet it is. I haven't kicked in the mopping feature yet, still playing around with the vacuum and app to fine tune everything, but I highly recommend it. It was $479 and in my opinion, it is unbeatable price for the work it gets done and how it does.
