This is about the same price as harbor freight, and with harbor freight you can buy the sizes you actually use.

Really? I thumbed up the deal because it was a good deal (looks like you deleted your previous comment about "don't believe the upvotes"). At any rate, you're also wrong about Harbor Freight. I looked. A pack of their black 11 inch cable ties is priced at $3.88, and is still an inch shorter than the largest size in this deal. Even with 30% off coupon, that'd only be another $1 off. The 8" HFT cable ties are selling for $2.68. This deal has 8" as well. So, just 100 of the 11" and 100 of the 8" will cost you $6.56 at HFT everyday prices. So, this is not the "same price as Harbor Freight." This is a fairly good deal, and that's why it's getting thumbs up.

The best price will be buying bigger quantity, of course. Harbor freight's 1000 pack is $10 https://www.harborfreight.com/nyl...69409.html

HF comes out to 18¢/inch, this deal comes out to about 20¢/inch. Even if you account for bigger ties being more expensive, HF is about 29¢/1000lbs, whereas the amazon deal is 41¢/1000lbs. ...and that's normal price at HF with no coupons

Price is good. Always good to have a variety of sizes around. I started with a similar pack and still have many left over. Now I just restock what I use from the assortment.
