The refurbished Sony WH 1000XM6 stands out for top tier sound and noise cancelling, with several reports that units arrive looking brand new and include the case and cables. The sound is described as highly detailed and even better after EQ tuning, and pairing is quick. A few caveats come up around refurb condition and reliability, including visible scuffs or dirt on some units, occasional clipping or popping in the right ear cup, and rare microstutters on a Google TV Streamer. The Allstate coverage is described as handling normal hardware breakdowns, not accidental damage.

That said, I paired them to my PC and phone and I've had no issues. Last night when I paired them to my Google TV Streamer there would be some microstutters every so often when the sound would cut out. Has anyone experienced this and would that be cause for an exchange?
