good deal, this is about as cheap as this model has been.
I bought an MF50 open box a while back for $25 and found it so useful I bought the MF100 too. Paid $51 (used eBay's "make offer" when it was listed for $60). The "open box" MF50 appeared brand new.
It looks like they have a sale/coupon on their whole lineup, mostly "open box"...

The 50, 60, and 70 all have similar performace from what I understand. The 60 and 70 come with more attachments and have a sturdier build than the 50, and additionally the 60 and 70's attachments are interchangeable with the 100. The 70 is just the 60 but with higher capacity battery cells inside. (The 50, 60, and 70 all contain 2x 18650 cells, with the 50 and 60 using 2500 mah cells and the 70 using 3000 mah cells.)
The 100 is notable step up in size and power, it uses two (larger) 21700 cells.
The 200 is even larger and a little more powerful than the 100. It has a physically larger fan, allowing it to push more air (despite actually having a bit lower RPMs). It also uses 2x 21700 cells but they are in a removeable "pack". Additional battery packs can be purchased separately.
Models with "DF" instead of "MF" are just a different color.
