Not to insult anyone's intelligence but the actual shelf that keeps being shown in the pictures does not appear to be included...

Thanks, this caught my eye. Im outfitting an enclosed 6x12 single axle trailer. Trying to keep the weight down and space-conscious. Im going to use a detachable rail system, probably from home depot and might need to fabricate attachments for brackets like this.

FP posts like this make me wonder what "FP" even means anymore. (I know, it's been going that way for a long time now, . )

Here's a deal on the same size brackets in stainless, rated 2.5x higher load for only $4 more www.amazon.com/dp/B0FBPYMFYC

And if outfitting a rig, how about 3-pair for only $2 more/each and rated at 400 lb (though they look same, like "Oh yeah, well mine's rated at 500 lb." lol) www.amazon.com/dp/B08DNFWMSX

Thanks. Not insulting at all, as most of us are busy. We don't always look at things that closely.

Curious question is, how do we know if it holds up or is of good quality?

I'm looking for something black though.

For the two I linked, bolt 'em up, throw on a piece of plywood (or similar) and stand on it. Maybe jump up and down a little, depending on your weight.

If they break, send 'em back. If not, spray black. Done.
