I bought this watch refurbished on eBay for $140 (looked new). Wearing it now. It looks decent, not my favorite watch to look at, but I end up wearing it a lot because of how thin it is.

I do a lot of work with my hands and it's low profile enough that it doesn't get banged up. Also, I can put it into my pocket without it being uncomfortable.

A Google image search comes up with a lot results with it on women's wrists and calling it unisex. Men's vs women's is often a matter of sizing for watches. But if you're using it for a gag while taken from behind by a dude, yes, gay.
