Both these deals seem stupid (a fan and charger and no battery, or two fans and half the batteries you need). That said, the battery can be charged via usbc, and I own this fan and it's actually very good and very reliable.

I bought both because I decided to go in on the 4v. This charger doesn't charge 3 at once does 1 at a time, but does charge slightly faster than usb-c.

I definitely didn't need it but it also came with 2 batteries, now have too many of these 4v tools and batteries.

Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it I guess lol

They don't. Due to size, it's easy to clip somewhere for use yet the air flow and runtime is nothing compared to 18v model. I use my small usb fans on my utv and taking with me to an outing due to size. The 18v clip fan runtime and airflow is much better but bulky. Both are good, just different use case.

Oddly enough the clamp is larger on the usb lithium. What I mean is that it can clamp onto a slightly larger object.
