MF vs DF is just different color. I get the impression most "open box" units from Wolfbox are essentially brand new, but YMMV.
The various models in the $20 price range likely compare to the Wolfbox 50/60/70. The 100 and 200 are larger and more powerful. The $20 dusters are still great, though. I bought an MF50 and found it so useful I decided to also get the MF100.
It looks like they have a sale/coupon on their whole lineup, mostly "open box"...
MF50 - $24 AC - LINK [ebay.com]
MF60 - $26.39 AC - LINK [ebay.com]
MF70 - $40 AC - LINK [ebay.com] (not a good deal with the 100 only $2 more)
MF100 - $41.79 AC - LINK [ebay.com] - Frontpage thread
MF200 - $60 AC - LINK [ebay.com]
The 50, 60, and 70 all have similar performace from what I understand. The 60 and 70 come with more attachments and have a sturdier build than the 50, and additionally the 60 and 70's attachments are interchangeable with the 100. The 70 is just the 60 but with higher capacity battery cells inside. (The 50, 60, and 70 all contain 2x 18650 cells, with the 50 and 60 using 2500 mah cells and the 70 using 3000 mah cells.)
The 100 is notable step up in size and power (see the ProjectFarm YouTube video somebody linked above). It uses two (larger) 21700 cells.
The 200 is even larger and a little more powerful than the 100. It has a physically larger fan, allowing it to push more air (despite actually having a bit lower RPMs). It also uses 2x 21700 cells but they are in a removeable "pack". Additional battery packs can be purchased separately.

If I'm tracking this right, it's the same device. MF is just metallic finish. (But I see the included instructions say Mega Flow 200)

fwiw i loooove my blower, it's fantastic, but I wouldn't spend triple that to buy one with a removable battery... I'd buy three integrated battery units!

I'm judging this purely by feel and not with any scientific measuring equipment, so don't quote me on that. 😂
One other issue with both versions is that they can only blow at 100% for about 5–10 seconds before the battery starts to struggle with the load, causing the blower to throttle down a bit. They really should offer an extended-capacity battery for this new version. Or maybe someone out there will come up with a DIY solution.
