• FCC = it won't cause harmful radio interference under U.S. regulations
• Recycling (three arrows) = international symbol for "don't toss it in the trash"
• Double insulated (two squares) = doesn't required a grounded connection
• ROHS (checkmark) = conforms to limit on use of certain hazardous substances in its manufacture
• DoE Level Six (VI) = US energy efficiency standard, targeted at things like vampire power draw
• (House) = intended for indoor use only
• Trash bin = WEEE directive; a European scheme for recycling electronic goods
So, no explicit safety marks from a NRTL like UL, ETL, TUV, etc. or that it meets domestic electrical safety standards for certain countries like Japan (and their PSE mark for products like this).
That said, bearing those marks, doesn't ensure that the products won't fail in some fashion. They may still do so, in a less severe manner.
The FCC mark is a standard "let's try make it look more legitimate" move by cheap brands, and often applied to products that may not even have the potential to cause radio interference.
It is not required to be applied at all, if the manufacturer has used the exemption by filing, and maintaining a declaration with the FCC that it conforms to the rules.
