This deals reminded me of Fluffy's piece on motion sensors.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

I have one of these. It used to come with a 5 year warranty, not the 1 year it has now. Be aware that the most common problem with these is the button you use to change between the spray function and regular flow on the head breaks pretty easily. Mine broke right around the 2 year mark. I called up and they sent me a replacement head for free cause of the 5 year warranty. That was about a year ago and the replacement head is already starting to feel like it's loosening up, so I'll probably have to call and get ANOTHER replacement head soon. If I only had the new 1 year warranty I'd be screwed.

Similar experience as ripper415. Head went out after 5 year warranty. $20 replacement from Biobidet went out just over a year later. I suspect they are discontinuing this line since replacement head was not available for purchase on their website.

It doesn't seem hygienic to install a bidet in the kitchen.

Sounds kinda the quality has gone to crap. I'm still using mine from before FLOW was bought out and I love it.

Thanks bought it. I have been using it since 2021 no issue. I think I bought it for $60 at that time. I will keep this one as backup.

That's a really good idea. Like others have said, mine is probably 5 years old and is held up great.

Most faucet heads are very easily replaceable and are only $25 or so aftermarket. Is this one not?

It absolutely is. Mine also went out on year 3 due to the button. They sent me a new one but I needed it asap so I bought a $10 head from Amazon which actually had one more setting than the stock one had. It turns out that the cheap head is of better quality and has already lasted longer, so we never went back to stock. Still sitting in the box just in case I need it one day.

I second just buying a head off Amazon. I recently just bought one that came with a variety if adapters to make sure it fits. The tiny down sides are that there is no alignment notch, and the color is not a perfect match.

I used one of these at a friend's house. It was extremely awkward to use and I am no longer welcome there Frown
