Was downvoted for poor merchant reputation lol. I assume they're annoyed that Micro Center isn't near them, but IMO it's a really good deal.

Never had an issue with Kansas Microcenter. I would like the people that downvoted to show where they can get a 270K plus for $55. Let alone a Z890 Gigabyte board for $123. Both new and very little chance of someone sawpping it out for other part like some people get when ordering online.
Some people will downvote even if total package was $200.

I love the Overland Park MicroCenter, but they are annoying sometimes. I've had several orders cancelled because they cant keep an accurate inventory, half them being open box items. And if you have to shop in the store, the lines can be long and take forever with only 1 or maybe 2 cashiers, while they have 8 associates walking around on the floor doing nothing. But I'll continue shopping there. The latest pet peeve is I bought 3 ASUS Prime 5060 Ti's 16GB from them for $479 each, they said my order was ready, and the next day my order was cancelled and the price skyrocketed to around the $800 mark. And they had a dozen or so still in stock (and they really did, I personally checked). Management wouldnt do anything and couldnt give me a real reason why my order was cancelled. He lied and told me they are out of stock, I took him over to the cages and proved he's a liar.

That's my local one now as well. Only annoyance is I'm about 45 minutes away from it. The one in southeast LA is my favorite one though (absolutely massive after their remodel).

Only if you absolutely need the SSD. This is the normal $600 270K bundle, with a 4TB QLC PCIe 4.0 drive thrown in for $30 off the not so normal $400 price. Not a recommended choice, find a smaller SSD for your OS, and spinning rust for your data.

You also get another free game for the mobo that wasn't mentioned in the OP, a choice between Dying Light The Beast, Civil 7 or Hitman 3.
