Here's the current market for similar specs and these are nowhere close to $1000 (or even $1500):

There's nothing close to this in today's market and not everyone needs to setup local llm model in their laptop so dedicated nvidia or arc graphics isnt a must

Laptop prices are generally manipulated; if none of the better deals exist this week, wait until next week when they go on "sale" for the regular price. Even in current memory conditions, the sub $1k 32GB recent models have been available.
