Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

I entered an address and it gave the same costs as the deal posted, but with 5G internet, not Fiber. Be careful in what you commit to.

Well that's interesting. I enter an address that currently has Verizon FIOS and Visible says it's not available.

Edit: Tried neighbors addresses that I know dont have FIOS (they have Spectrum) and still says not available.

Terrible customer service
App chat messenger only!
No phone customer service at all! I won't even go into how horrible the app chat messenger is but I can tell you this if you have a big problem it's a nightmare with these guys there's nowhere to go and there's no one to talk to.

My same experience with these shysters, their system does everything possible to stop you from being a customer, and for some reason their system for signing up is a POS. Seems to be their owner Verizon as the problem. I tried taking Verizon up on a home 5G modem offer and everything was cool until they (supposedly) ran my credit (837ish FICO) and suddenly the guy at their store became a complete a@@hole and stopped talking with me, up until then he was licking my boots for business. No idea what's going on in Verizon's backend and they will not provide any way to find out, it's absurd. Visible had a similar pattern of "errors" and as noted they only use chat to communicate, which means their offshore script reading slaves have no way of fixing things if they even could. Gave up wasting time trying to give Visible our money and went to USMobile which has similar or better rates, phone CSRs that pick up literally in a couple minutes, and have gone above and beyond helping me through the several numbers I've ported over. Ironically I'm on Verizon service there, though I can switch to one of the other triopoly carriers in a few minutes as I wish within minutes. From my perspective, Verizon is a horrible company if you deal directly with them.

Visible One is a weird product... you can't join if you already have FiOS but you have to have a FiOS-capable ONT to get it. So you need to have had FiOS before. Or been wired up for it. So if you have FiOS currently you have to cancel first.

I have visible+, or whatever the better tier is, and you mostly cant get a signal in a half mile radius around the big Verizon building with all the towers. I can't understand why.
