Tires around labor day!

hello friends. longtime poster here..
I need some tires for my 2019 MAzda CX9 grand touring. it is HARD AS HELL to figure out how to buy tires at a discount. some sites offer isntallation waived, others dont. I have costsco and sams club but comparison shopping is a pain in the ass.
What are your strategies for finding the best deals on tires? mind you i cannot wait till black friday as they are already balder than... well.. use you imagination.
I really have no criteria other an 65k+ warranty. rain braking is great but is unquanitifiable. thanks for all your help!@
255/50R20 is the size if it matters
costoc's prices seem like ASS if you ask me, despite no installation fee. when and where are the labor day sales!!!???
