this is true from the keepa app as well...for this specific flavor. when i checked around all the other flavors in 24 packs they tend to spend most of their time around $50. so whatever's going on with this flavor it may be something to be cautious about if one doesn't jive with consuming anything chocolaty during strenuous activities (unless it's of the romantic horizontal hugging variety). There is a caffeine free variety 24 pack for ~$27, but that also has odd flavors.

Good deal on these. I personally like this flavor and use these often when mountain biking. Good for hiking too.

I bought these before. It wasn't very pleasant (I don't have much of a sweet tooth and imagine eating a spoonful of chocolate syrup or cake frosting) but it's effective. And this one has caffeine, which some others don't.

Eventually I moved on from any of the gels though because they just give me stomach trouble. But if you like chocolate then give it a try!
