Who the hell is reaching for a 3/4" impact socket with 3/8" drive...
A well-rounded individual?
I was just about to moan that my van's lugs are 19mm but this is almost a direct conversion. I've never owned an SAE-spec car so all these translations are helpful

A normal would use something with 1/2" drive to remove lugs but you do you.

It says that these are 'thinner than wrench sockets' so maybe these are for constricted areas or lawnmower sparkplugs, and they don't want you using 1/2" impact on something thin walled?

Dewalt's DWA2T35IR impact driver set comes with a 1/4" hex to 3/8" converter for the four deep impact driver sockets (3/8" to 9/16") that are included. A 5/8" concrete sleeve anchor has a 3/4" nut. You typically install concrete sleeve anchors with impact drivers, not impact wrenches.
If a person lacks experience in building construction or remodeling, much of what DeWalt offers will probably not make much sense to them.
How in the world did this make it to front page with 31 thumbs up??? Makes you wonder if Slickdeals algorithm is being driven by a hallucinating AI with a sense of humor.

A lifetime warranty Harbor Freight set of eight (choice of SAE or metric) is $18, the etching isn't as visible but that is solved with a white paint pen. $7 for one socket?

Hard to say what their reasoning is.
