Expect this to be extremely heavy: I highly doubt it's just 45 lbs, you probably can lift it, but combine the weight with the low seat position (you can see that neither rider has their seat high enough to get their legs almost straight at the bottom of the pedal rotation; the optimal height to deliver foot power to a bike) and this is going to feel way harder to pedal uphill than a regular bicycle. I also know from experience with a 500W scooter that the motor isn't enough to get you up a 25° slope. There's no gears to change to make your help pedaling uphill do much good either.
All the components are going to be cheap, the tires are just about the cheapest thing ever and will probably be difficult to replace (most people won't), you'll have to bend the mudguards so they don't rub the tire, the tire's wheel resistance will be higher than a proper bike, and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE adjust the handbrake cable tension before your first ride so that you can actually depend on it to help you stop!
That said... you are getting a functional vehicle for less than a cheap pedal-only Walmart bike would cost. I saw a weaker bike at Costco just last week, "Phantom" brand, that cost like $499. This e-bike will get you around far cheaper than a car, it'll get you outside and having fun, and because it's folding more people will be able to fit it inside their cars without buying a bike rack so they can take it to a bike trail away from home. It even has a disc break, though just on the rear so it'll be a bit slow, but it's breaking will be a bit better than the cheaper caliper breaks that try to grab the (sometimes wet) rim of the wheel. Ultimately, this is a deal we only could have dreamed of just a couple years ago.
