This edition is the weakest, but fine for most people for PC. There are a few features that are missing here that are present in the other 2, all of which I'm listing below.
Wuchang:
-Wireless for Xbox and PC
-Can wake both Xbox and Windows PC if properly configured
I have this one sitting in its dock on my TV stand and it is set up to wake up the PC when I pick it up.
8k variant:
-Works with Switch/Switch 2
-wakes both Switch and Switch 2 when properly updated and confirmed
-does NOT wake PC
-the ONLY variant that allows macros on PC, which also work on switch and switch 2
-as the name implies, up to 8k polling
I use it as controller 2 on the living room PC to wake switch 2 in Bluetooth mode and play on PC in wireless mode.
Regular Xbox variant:
-does not wake any console or PC aside from wired Xbox
-no macros
-no switch/switch 2 support
-no 8k polling
I use this as a secondary controller for couch co-op.
This is the best controller on the market imo and this is a great deal. But if you require one of the above features, wait and get the variant that's best for you. If not, you can't go wrong here.
