Positives: They do have support, from people who answer the phones and know the product / app. Support can remote in and see what is going on a lot of times to walk you through things. Support has continued to assist me with software issues after the warranty has expired.
Cons: More connection problems than I have ever had with any wifi product. Either the app not refreshing data, timers not connecting, or the app somehow not doing what you expect. (i.e. still watering when "rain delay" mode is enabled)
Some of it could be user error - it's a pretty sophisticated app with a lot of device control and maybe I didn't invest enough time going through all of it, but if you buy these defiantly be familiar with adding devices with Bluetooth to program wifi settings and investing time in figuring out quirks.
