I have purchased these exact shirts for ~$7-10 last year (thanks Amazon for the reminder!) and I've ultimately sent all of them to goodwill. Wearing this blend of polyester feels like wearing a plastic bag. It is not breathable at all, and I found that I was slick with sweat in them within 40 minutes. I would strongly recommend against purchase.

I generally prefer cotton/linen for Hawaiian shirts, because they are typically worn in warmer environments. I also have plenty of athletic wear polyester shirts which vent just fine, so it's not just an anti-polyester tirade here. I feel that this specific polyester blend is just terrible for the application.

I got a couple when they went on sale before. They are not bad at all.
whoever down voted here....explain why. I did buy shirts...they are decent for being so cheap. If they last one summer who cares??? If you down voted just because you can....stop being a dope. They are, in general, sort of goofy looking vacation or beach type shirts that are reasonable quality and they seem to run decent to the size stated.

Funny that earlier reviews almost universally appeared negative, but later half had generally positive reviews. And most of those saying positive things had many dislike signs against them. Probably normal human thinking- reading all those negative reviews convinced the reader that this is a bad deal, and suddenly all those positive comments started appearing fake. Not a logical thing to do pressing the dislike button for people giving their reviews.

Agree 100%. I bought a bunch of these on a similar deal sometime last year. I love them. So do my wife and her friends. In fact, some of them tried to order for their husbands, but the deal had expired by then. This is Amazon. Return policy is super easy (in case you don't like them).

1000yaos nailed the plastic bag comparison, these are strictly vacation-only shirts for me, anything over an hour outside and you feel it.Cartier is right about the missing pocket too, which is a weird miss for a button-down.At five bucks though I can live with it, and they do pack flat without wrinkling.BeigeNose688 asking the real questions.
