I have this. It very easy to use under dry or wet condition. Simply spray on, then just wipe dry.
The graphene version (tec584) is also on sale for $34. Tec582 is easier to use if you are looking to speed wash the car. Most reviews say tec584 produces better gloss and last longer but requires more wiping.
Community Reviews
TEC582 is a ceramic detail spray that stands out for fast, easy use on dry or wet paint, especially as a drying aid or speed wash step. It can be sprayed on and wiped dry, and it is also used panel by panel with ONR to help minimize hard water stains and leave the car looking glossy. The gallon size is described as lasting a long time, with some bottles still working well after a year or more. The main cautions are a short shelf life, especially if stored outdoors, and uncertainty about how long bottles sat before shipping because there is no date stamp.
TEC582 can be used on dry or wet paint by spraying and then wiping dry.
TEC582 can help minimize or hide hard water stains when used as a dry aid with ONR.
TEC582 can be applied quickly by misting onto a rag or applying directly to the panel.
TEC582 reportedly lasts for years when stored and used as a ceramic detail spray.
TEC582 reportedly has a short shelf life of about a year, especially when storage conditions are not ideal.
TEC582 may leave a film that clogs a ceramic coating if it is used too heavily or too often.
TEC582 bottles lack a date stamp, which makes product freshness hard to verify before use.
TEC582 may be less effective for gloss and longevity than the graphene TEC584 option.
