Have at least a dozen of these between work and personal. A good starter one, but highly recommend a unit with an integrated physical kickstand.

Curious...I have a similar monitor to this one and use it for travel...the ones with the kickstand built in do not seem to have a cover? Do you travel with your one that has a kickstand?

acer keeps increasing prices on ebay. i missed out on a desktop and then they put more inventory for a higher price and i bought it. it sold out again, and now it's up again for an even higher price.

If you grab one of these, go pick up a small tablet stand from Amazon. Waaaaay better than trying to use the cover as a stand. You can get collapsible ones that pack up nicely

I have this but I bought mine new. Couple of things that I don't like about this. One the screen is not very bright usable but would be nicer if it was a little brighter. Also the stand doesnt hold very well. I ended up getting a different stand from Amazon.

How long ago did you purchase your monitor? The screen is actually very fragile on these Acer monitors. While I was filming a YouTube video for a phone review I was doing while using the monitor as a prop, I accidently dropped the phone less than 6in on the monitor which cracked the screen. I said all that to say this: you can file a claim w/ SquareTrade since a warranty came included w/ the refurb in order to get a replacement or a cash value reimbursement. I opted for a replacement.
