If you were aware of current PC market, you would not expect such a thing. You will not find 9070 XT under $1700-$1750, with a decent processor and 32GB RAM; that is unless a very slick deal arises. Additionally, the XT is roughly 12% faster than the non-XT and would only be required or noticeable for high-end games. Anything apart from that, this build would suffice very nicely for.
9070XT prebuilt for $1469.99 (only 16GB of RAM): https://costplusgaming.com/produc...9237905682

X3D CPU and 9070XT prebuilt (also 16GB RAM) for $1529.99: https://costplusgaming.com/produc...16gb-gddr6

In fact many variations available through Costplusgaming right now in general.

A few through Adromedainsights as well: https://andromedainsights.com/pages/deals

I would suggest learning to comprehend and then re-evaluating who got "rekt". All the links you shared are of Ryzen 5, with only one being Ryzen 7 which is for $1749. All of those links/products have 16GB RAM, thereby proving every word I said in my comment; which, to repeat, stated it's unusual getting 9070 XT with a decent processor and 32GB RAM for $1700-$1749.
To further aid your comprehension skills, the recent 9070 XT deal was for $1899 and got thumbed up: https://slickdeals.net/f/19909824-stormcraft-falcon-gaming-pc-ryzen-7-7800x3d-radeon-9070xt-32gb-ddr5-6000-1tb-gen4-ssd-360mm-aio-850w-psu-win11h-1900-f-s?src=SDSearchv3&attrsrc=Thread%3AExpired%3AFalse%7CSearch%3AType%3Anormal%7CSearch%3ASort%3Arelevance%7CSearch%3AHideExpired%3Afalse
Next time, have some decency and proper knowledge before making such comments. Thanks.

A 7500x3d is more than a decent processor Ryzen 5 or not. You arbitrarily deciding a modern architecture processor using DDR5 doesn't qualify to suit your own agenda is pathetic and sad.

At the prices Costplusgaming is selling them you're walking away with more money than the cost of an additional 16GB of RAM after the purchase -making just-about every one of those builds a better value than the gunk you posted here. Yes let's all buy in to Intel's dead-end platform that's already behind modern x3d for gaming and will only be further behind next year when new parts come out while being non-upgradable.

A 9070 build for this price is atrocious and it's sad you can't see that.

Cyberpower PC does not manufacturer any computer parts. Even their AIO coolers are just rebranded from CoolerMaster.

I don't understand this comment.

Here's one PC that clearly and objectively beats this CyberPower in value. More can easily be found.
