what do you think of it overall? keeping? my biggest hesitation is the screen quality and brightness
I am keeping. I put it side by side with Asus Zenbook OLED. Except for dark HDR scenes, screen was surprisingly good. I returned zenbook because of compatibility.
Different applications. This is a super lightweight capable 14 inch. only weighs 2.2lbs. The other one is a bigger, heavier but does have slightly better processor. I wouldn't carry that 16 inch around if I have to walk a lot.
So if you are a student or someone that needs to carry the laptop anywhere, I would go with Thinkbook. If you don't have to do that or use car to commute or don't have a lot of walking with bag, 16 inch is nicer. I think build is nicer too along with fingerprint sensor.
