I got one of these a long time ago and it made it 6 years before failing. It even tries to turn on occasionally still.
Shame the quality, apparently, has dropped so much.

this "brand" showed up on amazon a little over 1.5 years ago, so how did you purchase one of these 6 years back? perhaps a similar looking one? if so - would love to know the brand.
