This is a compact 10,000mAh power bank set that stands out for its built in foldable wall adapter, integrated display, and pass through fast charging. The short attached cable is handy for tucking the bank under a phone or beside a laptop without extra cord clutter. The main tradeoff is size, since it runs larger and heavier than other 10,000mAh packs. Coupon codes were inconsistent at checkout, so the final price may depend on how the order is placed.
Shoppers who want a compact two-pack for home backup, because the chargers have been solid and the price is low for two units.
Travelers who want a wall-plug power bank with a built-in display, because the integrated plug and screen fit carry-on charging needs.
Laptop and phone chargers who want a short attached cable, because it can sit beside a laptop or under a phone without excess cord clutter.
People who need pass-through charging, because it can charge a device while the bank itself is plugged in.
People who want a slim 10,000mAh bank, because it is significantly larger and heavier than other banks in that class.
Phone users who charge while actively using the device, because the short attached cable may require a longer external cable.

FREESHIP worked for me.

The short cable is a pro and a con. It's long enough to have the battery under your phone, or to have it sitting right next to a laptop to give it a boost without excess cable getting in the way. If you want to really use your phone while charging though, you'll need an external cable of the length you need attached.
Anyway, at $24.99 for a two pack I think they're a steal.
