I got the 40 watt panel for $57 last time couple of weeks ago on the deal. I'm getting full 30 watt turbo charging on my phone as listed even while having the panel under the windshield of my car which reduces efficiency by 70 percent. So one of us is lying. Either you got a lemon or you have no idea what you're talking about.
